Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or product delays, we will contact you via email to update your estimated shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • USA: 2–8 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Truck Parts Department is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at truckpartsdepartment@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if applicable.
